Aud Sentiments Challenge #250

Hi crafty people!  I’m back today to share with you the new challenge at Aud Sentiments and the focus for this one is to make a masculine themed card with a sentiment!

This time we are sponsored by Doctor Digi House of Stamps, an absolute favourite of mine.

I was delighted to be gifted the fabulous Captain Thunderpants !  I coloured him in using watercolour pencils and a gold gel pen before fussy cutting him out.

I also used the Blam Backing Papers   and the Comic Sentiments Sheet also from Dr Digi.  I coloured one of the Happy Birthday sentiments and layered it up on blue, yellow and red card.  Then I added a stamped sentiment from Clearly Besotted’s Happy Birthday LOL stamp set.  I heat embossed it in gold before adding to the card front.  I added the Happy Birthday and Captain Thunderpants by using 3d pads to add some dimension.
