Gift Tags Galore!

Happy Friday crafty friends, can you believe it’s the end of July already?! I don’t know where the month has disappeared too but it’s time for the last Daring Cardmakers Challenge of this month! Our host this week is Dawn, “I found that making your own gift tags adds a personal touch to your gifts and are also a great way of using up those odd pieces of pretty paper.  I would like to see you pretty gift tags this week.”

This was perfectly timed as my gift tag stash was running a bit low. I opted to use Tag Builder 5 die set from Die-namics/My Favourite Things. I had some inky papers that I had made with my Catherine Pooler inks (pads and reinker bottles) so I cut some tags from these papers. The stamps I used were some little fishes, turtles, bubbles and sea weed from the You Croc my world stamp set from Tracey Hey and some words from the Circle Definitions stamps (also by Tracey Hey).

I think they came out pretty well and it’s very satisfying to use up some of my pile of inky papers! I could probably make a lot more of these cute tags. I hope you will come and join in with us!
