Aud Sentiments #247 – Spring/Easter

Hi crafty people!  How are you all doing?  I hope you are all safe and keeping your spirits up as much as possible in these challenging times.  We are doing well, my husband is lucky to be able to work from home so we are staying home as much as possible and keeping in regular contact with my Mum who is socially distancing due to her age. I’m so grateful for my craft stash to keep me sane!

If you are looking for some crafty inspiration and community then the new challenge over at The Aud Sentiments Challenge might be a good starting place!  The new challenge is all about Spring or Easter and you can enter up to five times with any crafty projects that fit in with the theme and include a sentiment!

This challenge is sponsored by the lovely people over at Polkadoodles.

As design team members we were lucky to be gifted a digi stamp to use.  I was delighted to be given Bunnita Carrot a super cute bunny holding a carrot cake!  I coloured Bunnita with coloured pencils and fussy cut her out.  I had some easter egg dies in my stash so I cut a few of those and a Happy Easter sentiment and searched in my stash of paper scraps and this is my result…..

I hope Bunnita makes you smile today.  I’m going to be posting more often on my blog to try and stay connected in non physical ways with people!  If you are coping with social distancing with crafty projects too leave me a link to your blog in the comments so I can check out what you are up to and leave you a comment.  Stay strong everyone.

Aud Sentiments Challenge 232 – For a child (+ a sentiment)

Hi crafty people!  I hope you are all doing well today.  I’m back today to let you know that there is a new challenge over at the Aud Sentiments Challenge #232 and it’s all about children.  The challenge is sponsored by Polkadoodles Unique Stamps and Papercrafting and they are generously giving a voucher for the challenge winner as well as kindly gifting the DT some images to use for the challenge.  I was delighted to be given this cute monkey design called Bananas ’bout ya.

I coloured and fussy cut out the digi stamp and then gave him a cute gingham background.  I layered him up with some embossed card and kraft card and a cute sentiment from a Clearly besotted stamp set.  I hope that he makes you smile today.

Thanks so much for visiting the blog, I hope that you will check out the other DT members projects and enter, fingers crossed you might win the voucher!
