Happy Friday crafty people! I’ve not been around the blog very much as we were away for a holiday up North. I will share a few holiday pictures at the end of this post so you can see some of the beautiful scenery. In the mean time I’m here because there is a new challenge at the Daring Cardmakers blog.
This week Kathy is challenging us all to make a card on the theme ‘S’ for September – please use at least three things beginning with the letter S (extra Kudos if you can manage “Six (or even 7) S’s for September)
So I started by using some paper scraps to cut some sunflowers out.
Then I decided to use a slimline card base. I added a strip of spotty paper and then cut some square mats and layers for my sunflowers to go on. To finish off the card I used a stamp to add a sentiment.
I think I managed 7! How many can you squeeze in?!
Some views around the North coast of Scotland and Orkney.
I hope you enjoyed a little view into our holiday, it was so good to have a change of scenery and appreciate the beautiful country I live in. Thank you so much for visiting the Ginger Ninja Craft Blog.
