SAL Sunday 2020 – 3

Happy Sunday crafty people! I’m back with another stitch along (SAL) post and I’ve managed to squeeze in a bit of stitching since the last post 3 weeks ago.   I was here last time….

…. and I’ve got to this stage now….

I’m making pretty good progress and I’m very thankful for my new glasses as I don’t think I would have managed the subtle shades of grey without them!

This SAL is organised by the lovely Avis.  The idea is to finish off a UFO (or Unfinished Object!) and let me tell you I have lots of those!  If you fancy joining in then contact Avis and she will give you all the information you need.

I’m looking forward to catching up with all the other blogs in this SAL group, please give them a visit too, I’ve linked them here so you can easily find them.  We’ve got Linda rejoining us and two new members of the gang, so a big welcome to Laura and Cathie.

Avis , Claire, Gun, Carole, Sue, Constanze  ,Christina, Kathy , Margaret , Cindy  , Heidi , Jackie , Sunny , Hayley ,Megan , Deborah , Mary Margaret, Renee, Carmela, Jocelyn,  SharonDaisyAnne ,ConnieAJLaura, Cathie and Linda.

  1. What a sweet bird slowly emerging! Yes working with tone on tone kind of threads and material can be a challenge. I had that issue with a large cat I cross stitched for a friend…it looked just like her dear cat. But had many shades of greys and tans. I said I’d never do one like that again. But the finished product was worth it and my friend loved it.
    Happy Stitching!
