Happy Monday crafty people! How was your weekend? I hope you had a good one. Today I’m back with my entry for the Freshly Made Sketch Challenge which has this sketch….
As it is very nearly February I thought I had to go with a Valentine theme card and I also wanted to use the bokeh technique for this card as I’m still enjoying making these pretty patterns! For this card I used these three inks plus the Tsukineko white Brilliance Ink Pad.
I pulled out some super cute heart dies from Tonic Studios which I believe I got last year. The stamp came with the dies and fits perfectly.
I added a few smaller hearts from the same stamp set to finish off the card and here it is!
Thanks so much for popping over to the Ginger Ninja Crafts blog, I hope you will come back again soon. Crafty hugs

Ooh!! Love this background! How did you do it?!

Aw thanks Kassy, i blended the inks pictured and then i made a stencil by die cutting three different sizes of circles from a piece of scrap card and sponged the white ink through the stencil to add circles over the panel. It’s super easy and I love the effect 🙂
